This year, USA Archery - together with the Decatur Convention and Visitors' Bureau - is offering a new service to competitors and guests alike. There is now an easy to use, one-stop option for booking your hotel for the 2015 U.S. National Target Championships, U.S. Open and Easton JOAD Nationals.
USA Archery's room block has set room rates that will not fluctuate up or down in price. If you booked hotel rooms before USA Archery announced its room blocks, please contact [email protected] or call 800-524-6181 and share your accommodations with the staff so they can make sure you are placed within the USA Archery room block.
There are plenty of hotel rooms open and available for the "Outdoor Nationals" events, but they must be reserved using this central booking system. This is because USA Archery has blocked significant numbers of hotel rooms for this event to ensure that competitors and guests will have the rooms they need.
1. Start by visiting the Outdoor Nationals landing page. This is where all information regarding the 2015 U.S. National Target Championships, U.S. Open and Easton JOAD Nationals will be posted.
2. Click the link that says: "Click here for 2015 Hotel Reservation Information"
3. The PDF document that opens will give you a list of all the hotels with room blocks for this event.
4. You have two options for booking your room: You can click the link for your chosen hotel in the "Book Your Room" column, or you can call 800-524-6181
5. Rates, address information, distance from venue and room type are all noted for each hotel, as well as ADA compliance information.
