COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Mark your calendars, the dates are set for 2026 USA Archery Indoor Nationals and 2026 outdoor events!
Starting January 2 and running through March 1, the dates and locations for the 2026 USA Archery Indoor Nationals and JOAD Indoor Nationals have been confirmed.
Phoenix, AZ will kick off proceedings in the first few days of the new year, with three locations closing out Indoor Nationals eight weeks later.
In between, Chula Vista in California will host three events with other stops in Washington, Kentucky, Florida, South Dakota, Utah, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Texas, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Michigan and Virginia.
The USA Archery Indoor Nationals and the USA JOAD Indoor Nationals are two separate events contested on the same weekend at different sites throughout the U.S.
Youth archers may compete in either or both the USA Archery Indoor Nationals and the USA Archery JOAD Indoor Nationals. Senior and 50+ divisions may compete only in the USA Archery Indoor Nationals.
Among the 16 states hosting 18 events are newcomers in Phoenix, AZ and Cheney, WA. Registration details will be available by mid-October.

Of note, there will not be a USA Archery Indoor Final in 2026, but rather prize money will be distributed based on the final combined results from all indoor nationals locations for each gender and age class by category as in the past. So archers will still receive medals for the National Championship titles by division but then will have additional opportunity to earn prize money as well.
As for the outdoor calendar, the Easton Foundations Salt Lake Summit takes the place of AAE Arizona Cup for the second of four events, with the Easton Foundations Gator Cup, Easton Foundations SoCal Showdown and Rebel Gear Buckeye Classic making up the USAT Qualifier series.
The Salt Lake Summit event will be split across successive weekends. The senior, para and 50+ categories will compete in Salt Lake City from May 22-24, with the youth battling it out May 29-31.
The Gator Cup will be the first stop-off in the USAT Qualifier Series, taking place in Newberry, FL from April 17-19. The three other USATs will be spread through May, June and July.
Yankton, SD will host both the USA Archery Field Nationals and the USA Archery 3D Nationals June 3-6. Both events will double as the U.S. Team Trials for the World Archery Field Championships and World Archery 3D Championships. These events will also be held in Yankton, from September 24-October 4.
Meanwhile, the 2026 WIAWIS USA Archery JOAD Target Nationals & JOAD U.S. Open – to be held in Lincoln, NE – will be held after the Buckeye Classic.
The HotelPlanner USA Archery Collegiate Target Nationals return to Lansing, MI. Student athletes will then gather in Foley, AL in early October for the HotelPlanner USA Archery Collegiate 3D Nationals.
The USA Archery Target Nationals and U.S. Open will be back in Springfield, MO for 2026, to be followed by a new USAT Final! You will be able to tune-in and watch top ranked Senior recurve, barebow and compound athletes and Senior USAT stage winnersbattle it out for a chance to win overall USAT Series honors and an additional prize purse. Details of the Senior USAT Final are still being determined so stay tuned and good luck!
