All USA Archery instructor and coach certifications are valid for three years. For eligibility to renew a certification, USA Archery Level 2 or higher instructors and coaches must have:
To renew your Level 1, Level 2, Instructor Trainer, Level 3, or Level 3 Coach Trainer Certification, you will complete and Online Refresher Course.
To register for an online Instructor or Coach Certification Refresher course, please follow these steps:
To access the online course, return or log in to your Personal Account. In the menu of options under your Profile, scroll down and select Access USA Archery Education Hub. You will be automatically directed to the USA Archery Education Hub where you will complete your online course.
To renew the USA Archery Level 1 Certification, instructors must complete the USA Archery Level 1 Instructor Certification Online Renewal Course. Course and certification renewal cost $40 and is valid for 3 years.

Complete one or more activities in each of the following development sections prior to the expiration date of your current certification period:
Section A - Coaching Experience: Provide a summary of active coaching participation with one of the following programs: JOAD, Adult or Collegiate Archery Program Club, OAS, NASP®, Explore Archery or some other archery program or provide a list of coach education courses that you have instructed or co-instructed with positive evaluations.
Section B - Education: The Mental Management 101 course is required for renewal. If you have previously completed the Mental Management 101 course you may obtain advanced coaching education by attending the USA Archery National Symposium or attend a United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee coaching seminar or course, Human Kinetics Coach Education course or other coaching, management or education course. Please provide a summary of course attendance at time of renewal through the renewal process in the membership platform.
Note: Currently certified Level 4 coaches will be required to complete the Mental Management® course 101 and 102 requirements prior to their coach certification renewal, starting January 1, 2017.
