COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - As the level of archery talent rises in the United States, it becomes a bigger challenge to stay on top of a competitive division. The increasing number of archers who are shooting more and training harder means improved depth of field in both compound and recurve divisions. But it also means it's an even bigger accomplishment to make the national team.
Today, USA Archery has announced the names of the archers who scored spots on the United States Archery Team (USAT) for 2015. These archers, shooting in the para, cadet, junior and senior classes, performed consistently across the 2014 USAT Qualifier Series Events, as well as National Championship tournaments.
"USA Archery congratulates each of you for your hard work and dedication to the sport of archery," stated Denise Parker, USA Archery CEO. "Your focus on training and competition has paid off, and we are proud to have you represent us as members of the United States Archery Team."
