COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Archery has officially opened registration for the 2026 WIAWIS USA Archery JOAD Target Nationals & JOAD U.S. Open, scheduled for July 22–26, at the Lincoln Sports Foundation in Lincoln, Nebraska. The event will also include U.S. Team Trials for the Youth Olympic Games.
This premier youth archery event will bring together the nation’s top recurve, compound, barebow, and fixed pin archers, offering four full days of high-level competition, skill development, and unforgettable experiences.

The 2026 JOAD Target Nationals & JOAD U.S. Open will kick off with the Bullseye Bonanza, a revamped opening celebration designed to welcome athletes, coaches, and families. While some surprises remain under wraps, attendees can look forward to free treats from Kona Ice for all participants and a fun, festive atmosphere to start the event on a high note. The JOAD Target Nationals and U.S. Open provide youth archers with the opportunity to compete for national titles and benchmark their skills against peers from across the country.
