2026 Youth Olympic Games U.S. Team Trials

The 2026 Youth Olympic Games U.S. Team Trials will be held in conjunction with the 2026 JOAD Target Nationals and JOAD U.S. Open, July 22-26 in Lincoln, NE.  

Athletes must register for both the 2026 JOAD Target Nationals and JOAD U.S. Open AND the Youth Olympic Games U.S. Team Trials to be eligible for selection to the 2026 Youth Olympic Games.  

Separate registration for the 2026 JOAD Target Nationals and JOAD U.S. Open is required and can be FOUND HERE.

NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE ATHLETES:

The 2026 Youth Olympic Games will be held in Dakar, Senegal.  The environment may be considered difficult for some.  Please note that dorm rooms may be shared with other countries, bathrooms and showers will be dormitory style (located outside of the bedroom and shared), toilets may be eastern style (squat toilets), housing will not have air conditioning or access to ice, and offsite housing for family/friends may be a minimum of one hour away from the Athlete Village.  Temperatures will range from 75-90 degrees F. Mosquitos are prevalent and the USOPC is recommending multiple vaccines.

USA Archery recognizes that the environment may not be conducive to all athletes. Any athlete who wishes to be removed from the 2026 Youth Olympic Games U.S. Team Trials must email [email protected] prior to July 7, 2026 to receive a full refund for the U.S. Team Trials, less processing fees.
