Program leaders will register the club within the USA Archery Membership Services System. During the registration process the club will need to designate a primary contact, Club Director, Club Super Administrator, and Club Coach (Level 2 or higher instructor/coach).
To register a club, login at usarchery.sport80.com, and select Setup Club in the menu of items on the left-hand side of the screen. Complete the setup wizard to fill in the club’s profile. Once complete, switch into the club account by selecting your name in the top-right corner of the screen, select Switch Account, and switch into the club account. Select Memberships, Add Membership to complete the setup and club payment.
Club Director - The Club Director is required to have a USA Archery Membership, Background Screen, and U.S. Center for SafeSport Training. The Director is responsible for adhering to the Club Terms and Conditions, processes program registrations, places materials and awards orders, submits tournament sanction applications and processes club renewals. The Club Director has the authority to select the Club Coach.
Club Super Administrator - The Club Super Administrator (Admin) will also have back-end, administrative access to the club account.
Club Coach - The Club Coach is responsible for program implementation, provides instruction, and may oversee the distribution of program awards. The Club Coach is required to be a current, USA Archery Level 2, or higher, instructor/coach.
The Club Director, Administrator and Coach may be the same, or different people.
