USA Archery Level 1 Instructor Course (GSGLA only)

This level is for currently registered Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles staff and volunteers. 

This practical course will provide hands on experience with topics such as how to set-up an archery range, range safety, rules, procedures, commands, and the teaching the basics of the NTS Shooting Form. 

This Practical course is for students who have completed their USA Archery Level 1 Instructor Certification Online Course within the USA Archery Education Hub at their own pace. Upon successful completion of the online course, students will then register for this in-person Practical Course.

Certification Period is Three years from the date of course completion. Benefits of upon passing this course includes: (i) USA Archery Mobile Coach, (ii) Qualified to be the lead Instructor for an Explore Archery Program and, (iii) Eligible for USA Archery insurance coverage.
