2026 USA Archery Louisiana State JOAD Indoor Championship

Welcome to the 2026 USA Archery Louisiana State JOAD Indoor Championships! 

Please note that the 2026 Louisiana State Indoor Championship is a separate event, registration can be found here.

Gotham Archery Baton Rouge will host this event at their facility in Baton Rouge, LA. 

This is a 60-arrow round (20 shooting ends of three arrows each end) with two practice ends at the beginning of each session. 

There are three shooting times:

• Saturday February 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM
• Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM
• Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 9:00 AM 

Each shooting time will have a maximum of 36 competitors. We will hold an awards ceremony on Sunday 6:00pm. If you are not present to receive your medal, please make arrangements to pick up your medal from the tournament host. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up equipment and complete check-in and equipment inspection before your shooting time.

FEES

Early Bird Registration Fee: $39 through January 23, 2026

Late Registration Fee: $80 from January 23, 2026 until registration closes.

If you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a full refund minus transaction fees if we receive your cancellation e-mail (no phone calls, must be sent to [email protected]) no later than January 20, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

All competitors must hold the proper USA Archery membership and be a member of a USA Archery JOAD club.  Please visit usaarchery.org for Membership Info.  While non-residents are welcome to participate, only Louisiana State residents will qualify for medals/State titles. This event is NOT a World Archery STAR event, however will follow World Archery rules for equipment, shooting process, and scoring. Equipment must meet World Archery rules, with arrows having a diameter of 9.3mm or less. USA Archery Dress code will be enforced. Two minutes per three arrows will be in effect for each end.

The Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) will be in effect.
