Halloween Afterparty 600

Come out and support Georgia Southern Eagles Archery at our Halloween Afterparty 600 fundraiser shoot! Enjoy a fun Halloween themed shoot to get ready for the upcoming indoor season!

Registration Fee: $35

 This will be a USA Archery style 60-arrow, 18m indoor tournament. Archers will have a choice between a single spot or triangle 3-spot 40cm target face. We will also have a Novice/Yeoman division for beginners at 9m shooting on a 60cm single spot.

Lane assignments and targets will be assigned based on class and division.  No requests for lanes or positions will be allowed. Once lane assignments have been made, no changes will be allowed. On site registration may be allowed depending on available bale slots. 

• 9am Shooting Time: Check in at 8:30pm. 2-Practice Ends begin promptly at 9:00am with scoring ends begin promptly afterward.
• 1pm Shooting time: Check in at 12:30pm. 2-Practice Ends begin promptly at 1:00pm with scoring ends begin promptly afterward.

Halloween themed rewards will be given out to the top three archers in each division after the 1:00pm shoot and scores are finished being calculated. You are also allowed to wear a fun Halloween costume that is safe to shoot in!

Divisions: Compound, Recurve, Barebow/Genesis, and Fixed Pins

The classes are: 

• Novice/Yeoman- Beginners or through the calendar year of the 8th birthday
• U13 - through the calendar year of the 12th birthday
• U15 -through the calendar year of the 14th birthday
• U18 -through the calendar year of the 17th birthday
• U21- through the calendar year of the 20th birthday
• Senior (any age)
• 50+- 50 years of age and above

There must be 3 registered archers to make a division. If there are not 3, the male and female archers will be combined to make a division.

There will be a designated spectators and coach’s area that will be enforced. No coaches or spectators will be allowed to enter the shooting range once a shooting time has started. 

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products allowed outside of personal vehicles and designated smoking areas.

No pets! Service animals meeting ADA guidelines are welcome. Since this is a fundraiser events, there will be NO REFUNDS.
