2026 USA Archery Level 4 Coach Course AUDIT ONLY

The Level 4 Course AUDIT supports the continued development of current Level 4 and Level 5 Coaches.  Auditing the Level 4 Course provides access to the Level 4 online course and whole-group, Zoom-based sessions and recordings. Auditing is designed to support current Level 4 and Level 5 Coaches who want to stay up to date with coaching practices or for those wishing to be possibly considered as future Level 4 Facilitators. Those who audit the course do not attend breakout sessions, do not receive a certification, and are not held accountable for homework or attendance. 

The course content, activities, and assessments are designed to increase a) participant understanding of the sport-specific technical details of the National Training System and b) ability to apply evidence-based how-to-coach skills to enhance skill acquisition and retention in athletes. While the course develops coaches capable of developing high performing athletes for national and international competition, the content is applicable from beginner through elite.

The Level 4 Course has two parts. First, each Coach auditing the Level 4 Course must take the asynchronous Level 4 Online Course and pass the multiple choice exam at the end. There are no consequences for not passing. Second, the Level 4 Practical Course takes place between the end of September and mid November each year. The Practical portion takes place over Zoom and uses Google Drive extensively for sharing resources. Anyone auditing the Level 4 Course may attend any and all whole-group sessions and have access to all of the same resources in Google Drive that Level 4 candidates have. Whole-Group Sessions are designed to cater to Level 4 candidates. While auditors may ask questions on occasion, interactions between Level 4 Facilitators and those auditing the course cannot interfere with the primary objective of the course: education of Level 4 candidates.  Therefore, mics must remain off for Auditors during Whole Group sessions. Auditors are welcome to follow up with the Education Manager if they have questions or want to dive into deeper discussions regarding coaching methodology.

• Evidence-Based Practice

• Crafting practice plans
• Reflection techniques

Level 4 Audit Eligibility

• Current Level 4 or Level 5 Coach
• Must complete the online modules for the course and pass the online exam

• You will see "Complete" next to your name when registration is done

After that you will access the course and will need to complete the online course. Once you complete the online course, email [email protected] to gain access to all links to the practical resources. You can choose to get access to all recordings of 2025 Level 4 Practical and resources in Google Drive or attend the 2026 Level 4 Practical and gain access to Google Drive resources.

To Access Online Courses 

Follow these steps once you are logged into your account:

• Select "Access Online Courses" from the far-left menu.
• You will be automatically redirected to the USA Archery Education Hub to access and complete your course.

Please note that once you complete the online course, you will NOT need to register for the Practical Course. However, you WILL need to reach out to us via email ([email protected]) so we can connect you with instructions for how to access the Level 4 Practical. 

Refund Policy

• Refunds requested prior to the start of the course will be provided for the registration fee minus any Stripe Processing fees. Refunds will not be provided after a course has been started.
