USA Archery and Easton Foundations expand opportunities for collegiate archery programs nationwide

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - USA Archery continues its commitment to strengthening collegiate archery through targeted investment in both campus-based programs and coach development, ensuring long-term sustainability and expanded opportunities for student-athletes nationwide.

Made possible through generous support from the Easton Foundations, these grant initiatives reflect USA Archery’s strategic, multi-year approach to growing the collegiate game at every level.

Through the Collegiate Club Grant, USA Archery provides meaningful support to Collegiate Archery Programs across the country. In the most recent grant cycle, 17 collegiate programs applied for funding - and every applicant received assistance in some capacity.

Using a flexible, needs-based approach, USA Archery awarded financial support, equipment, or a combination of both, reinforcing its dedication to helping programs thrive regardless of size or resources.

The Collegiate Club Grant is structured around three key areas of support. Equipment Grants provide long-term benefits by helping programs purchase essential items such as target butts, stands, bows, and other archery-specific supplies.

Travel Grants assist with offsetting athlete and coach travel costs to USA Archery’s premier collegiate events, including the Collegiate Target Nationals and Collegiate 3D Nationals. Instructor and Coach Certification Grants focus on coach education, supporting certifications that enhance program quality and improve the student-athlete experience.

Through this grant, teams may request funding for equipment, general program supplies, athlete and coach travel, and coaching certifications - ensuring holistic support for clubs, athletes, and coaches alike.

Collegiate programs receiving support during this grant cycle include:

  • Buena Vista University
  • Muskingum University
  • Stanford University
  • Brandeis University
  • University of Southern California
