COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Archery is proud to continue its strategic alliance with Positive Athlete, a nationally recognized program that celebrates student-athletes who lead with character, resilience and heart.
Through this partnership, USA Archery invites the community to nominate outstanding youth archers for the 2025–2026 Positive Athlete Recognition and Scholarship Program.
Nominations open September 8, 2025, and will remain open through mid-April 2026.
This is a powerful opportunity to shine a light on USA Archery athletes who are not only excelling in competition but also making a meaningful difference in their communities. Whether they volunteer, mentor, serve as team leaders, or simply lead by example, these athletes deserve national recognition, and the chance to access valuable scholarships and leadership development tools.
Any USA Archery athlete in grades 9–12, regardless of gender or competitive level, can be nominated. Those nominating must be over 18 but include coaches, parents, club leaders, school administrators, or fans. Parents can even nominate their own children.
If you don’t know every detail about the nominee’s achievements, don’t worry. Once submitted, Positive Athlete will reach out to the student-athlete directly to complete and expand on the nomination.
Once a nomination is submitted, it will be reviewed and verified by the Positive Athlete team. Nominees will then be contacted via email to provide additional information about their leadership, service, and personal story. All nominees are automatically eligible for any scholarship opportunities they qualify for.
Positive Athlete expects to award over $100,000 in scholarships this year across the U.S. All nominees will receive free access to the Positive Athlete digital platform. This new tool includes:
