Tentative Schedule

Friday, April 10, 2026

          2pm-6pm     

• Registration/Check In, Open Practice - If possible, please get checked in & have your equipment inspected at this time. All archers who do not attend Friday equipment check will be required to check-in Saturday at 7:00am.
• Coaches will be able to pick up credentials at this time on Field 1.

Saturday, April 11, 2026

        7am-8am

•      Registration/Check In for ALL Athletes with the exception of those checked in on Friday.
• Coaches will be able to pick up credentials at this time on Field 1.

         7:40am          Coach & Team Manager Meeting @ DOS Stand

8am         Qualification Round - Official Practice & Scoring    

         12 Noon   Lunch

         1pm            Mixed Team - Practice & Scoring  

Sunday, April 12, 2026

8am            Individual Elimination Rounds - Official Practice & Scoring

          12 Noon         Lunch

        1pm             Team Rounds

          ~3pm            Awards Ceremony

*Schedule: The schedule is subject to change due to weather delays, unforeseen conditions, final registration, or other. The tournament host will be working to keep the event on schedule but if the tournament is stopped before completion, then the current archer standings at that time may be considered final. Please make sure to plan all travel arrangements accordingly.

Coach Credentials are required to access the field of play for this event: There is no charge for credentials at this event. We are also asking judges, staff, and volunteers to register, to provide the event hosts with a simple compliance method for USA Archery's Athlete Safety Procedures for Event Organizers.   Coach Credential Registration  

Tournament Rules: Collegiate Event Rules

Dress Code:  Dress Code Policy  The Dress Code will be in effect for Friday's practice through the conclusion of the event.

Registration Fee: $100/athlete thru March 30, 2026.  Registration after March 30 will be if space available and with approval of Tournament Director.

Registration required through USA Archery Event Registration Platform.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests received on or before March 30, 2026 are subject to a 15% fee.   Cancellation requests received on or after March 31, 2026 are non-refundable.  Please send all cancellations to: [email protected]
