| Indoor Schedule: | Building opens at 10:30 am Equipment Inspection at 11:15 am 12:00 pm Opening remarks, National Anthem, followed by Official Practice (two ends) and then Official Scoring. There will be a short 20 minute break between the two scoring rounds. Archers will shoot 2 rounds of 30 arrows (3 arrows per end) NO ADMITTANCE to FACILITY UNTIL10:30 am |

| Upon Arrival: | Upon arrival, Athletes shall proceed to the field of play area and find a chair near their target assignment, and prepare your equipment for inspection. Athletes shall be wrist-banded during the equipment check procedure. |
Awards: | Award ceremony at the conclusion of shooting on Friday 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all divisions for California USA Archery members only. No mailing of awards, no Guest Awards. |

| Health Protocols: | The event shall follow all California Health guidelines and Tulare County Health guidelines. Mask wearing shall be at the preference of the archers/spectators. The host will not provide masks. |
Facility Temperature: | The facility temperature may fluctuate, so please bring a jacket or lap blanket just in case! NO PORTABLE HEATERS OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED. NO ACCESS TO FACILITY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AT ANYTIME. |
