Try Archery

Find your center at Sattva Center for Archery Training's Try Archery event!  Sattva's highly skilled and certified archery coaches will provide you with basic instruction to try archery in an engaging and professional atmosphere, outside at beautiful Look Memorial Park in Florence, MA.  Sattva offers you well-maintained wooden recurve bows with state-of-the art carbon arrows.  All of our Try Archery dates take place at the same time as our regular Saturday programs or during tournaments. This means you get to meet athletes currently enrolled in our general archery sessions, our Junior Olympic Archery Development Program, and our Adult Archery Achievement Program.  All ages welcome, starting at 9 years of age.  Rolling start from 9 AM to Noon, no pre-registration needed. Plan on receiving instruction and shooting at least 6 - 12 arrows over the course of 60 minutes before you retire to watch our top athletes shoot up to 70 meters away!  Adults must be present for youth and teens.  $30.  Tell the Park Rangers you are there for the Try Archery Event and they will let you into the Park free of charge.

5.    Youth can take home access to a free 1-year membership for USA Archery, if interested in enrolling in our JOAD or General Archery classes at Sattva. 

6.    Adults who have never been USA Archery members are offered a 6-month trial membership when you register for a General Archery class or AAAP at Sattva.
