COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Rod Menzer has decided to retire as of August 4, 2026. We thank Rod for his stewardship and tireless commitment to USA Archery over his tenure as CEO.
Mary Emmons, who has been serving as interim CEO, will remain in that position. The Board will conduct a formal CEO search with input of stakeholders from across the organization, to ensure that USA Archery has the highest caliber leadership to serve its members and support its athletes.
