What's New in Archery - June 17

Erika Anschutz won a gold medal in the women's compound competition at a World Cup event in Antalya, Turkey. It was her first World Cup championship. Also medaling for the U.S. were Braden Gellenthien, who earned a silver in the men's compound, and 2008 Olympian Brady Ellison, who earned bronze in the men's recurve. The U.S. totaled eight medals in Turkey, including three silver medals and two bronze in the team competition. Ellison and Jennifer Nichols broke a FITA world record when they defeated Russia 152-120 in the semifinals of the mixed competition.
