Individual Elimination Rounds:

Individual elimination rounds will be shot at the same size target faces and distances as listed above for each division. All archers will shoot 3 arrows per end. Recurve and Barebow archers will utilize "Set System" scoring while Compound archers will utilize cumulative scoring. These scoring systems are described below as outlined in the USA Archery Club handbook. Archers continue shooting matches until they are eliminated or declared the winner.

Set System Scoring:
"Members will compete in head-to-head match play during this event. The member with the highest score per set earns two points. If there is a tie set score, each member gets one point. The first member to six set points wins the match. If members are tied after five sets, a single arrow shoot-off will take place. If both members in the shoot-off shoot an X, the match is still tied and another arrow will be shot. The member with the arrow closest to the center wins the match. If still tied, additional shoot-offs will take place until the match is resolved."

Cumulative Scoring:
"Members will compete in head-to-head match play during this event. The member with the highest cumulative score after five ends wins the match. If members are tied, a single arrow shoot-off will take place. If both members in the shoot-off shoot an X, the match is still tied and another arrow will be shot. The member with the arrow closest to the center wins the match. If still tied, additional shoot-offs will take place until the match is resolved."
