2026 USA Archery Kentucky State Outdoor Championship

Join us for the 2026 Ky USA Archery Outdoor State Championship! 

This will be a two day event scoring 72 arrows each day totaling a possible 1440 in score for both days. 

1st practice round will begin promptly on Sat the 27th at 11am

1st practice round will begin promptly on Sun the 28th at 9am

YOUTH AGE CLASSES Participants may compete as a:

 “Explorer” through the calendar year of their 14th birthday.** 

 “U10 (Yeoman)” through the calendar year of their 9th birthday.*

 “U13” through the calendar year of their 12th birthday.

 “U15” through the calendar year of their 14th birthday.

 “U18” through the calendar year of their 17th birthday.

 “U21” through the calendar year of their 20th birthday

“Senior” at any age. 

"50+” when the competition takes place in the year of their 50th birthday and thereafter.
“60+” when the competition takes place in the year of their 60th birthday and thereafter. 

“70+” when the competition takes place in the year of their 70th birthday and thereafter. 

UPDATE ON DISTANCES as of 2023-24

U15 Recurve, Fixed pins, and compound will be at 40m distance on their respective 122 cm or 80cm target

Explorer division will be at 20m. (ages 11-14)  Archers will shoot a 122cm target

Yeoman will be at 15m all divisions:  Recurve and Barebow (122cm)   Fixed pins and Compound (80cm)
