Virginia July Outdoor Tournament

Come shoot with this July with a fun archery tournament at our field at Tucker Park by the James River, 1300 Maidens Road, Maidens Virginia 23102.

We have gotten with our awesome vendors and they have given us some awesome swag and archery products to give away at this shoot. Some great products from the best manufacturers in the archery industry and maybe some unexpected prizes as well. Our Shop also has donate4d some prizes for drawings.

We're adding our Famous "One Arrow Shootoff" at the end of this tournament. Bring just one arrow and give it your best shot. The Closest to center for each Bow type will win an awesome 24" Trophy. There must be at least 2 people in a shoot-off. Purchase one arrow for $5 or up to 5 arrows for $20. Your closest arrow will be scored.  Winner of each bow division will also win half of the pot of collected money for that shootoff.

 Bow types are Barebow, Recurve, Compound and Fixed Pins. Judges will determine closest to center and any identical shots will continue with an additional shot until a winner is declared. Shooters will shoot their age appropriate distance and target face. No age limits or class, just your bow and your "lucky" arrow. Age divisions are combined.

If registration is low we will not be able to secure a food truck so, please bring a lunch or snack and drinks. We will also supply cold water because it's supposed to be hot that day. Water is free.

Starts at approx. 9am with equipment inspection followed by 2 rounds of practice. We will have live scoring via Betweenends.com

This is a 72 arrows round with 12 ends of 6 arrows.

Distance is determined by bow division and age category.

USA Archery Dress code and MAAPP Policy will be in effect and enforced. By registering for this event you agree you have read and will abide by the Code of Conduct and MAAPP Policy.

Award Ceremony will follow competition as soon as scores are verified.

Cost is $55 for this tournament, if you cancel registration a fee of $8 will be deducted for CC and admin fees. You may transfer you registration to another one of our events for no charge.

Archers and spectators may bring their own canopy and seating.
