2025 Northern Region Indoor Championship

Saturday/Sunday Dec 6/7: 9:00 am & 1:30 pm line each day.

AVAILABILITY

·         There are 48 shooting spots available at each time slot, two shooting lines (A and B line) on 12 bales 

·         Registration for 9 am or 1:30 pm…this is a two day shoot.

FEES

$75 Adult archer (Senior and above)
$60 youth archer (U21 and below)

Registration will close Dec. 2, 2025. Late registration available only if there are spots open. Fees will be $85 adult, $70 youth for late registration.
There will be a $1.99 processing fee automatically added to your total.

CATEGORIES 

Archers must compete in one of the designated age categories with target face/distance as determined by U.S.A. Archery: 

Yeoman (for archers who are currently 8 and under, or will turn 9 during the 2025 calendar year) (Yeomen scores will not count towards national or world records. They do qualify for medals.)

Para Archers: must be classified through USA Archery and must have proof. Paras will compete in any of the above categories, Senior and lower (no Para category in 50+, 60+, or 70+). Please register for the category of choice, and indicate you are a Para.

 

SHOOTING CONSIDERATIONS/RULES 

·         This event will be a sanctioned STAR FITA event and follow USA Archery rules for equipment, shooting process, and scoring. Equipment must meet USA Archery rules, with arrows having a diameter of 9.3 mm or less, and max draw weight of 60 lbs. We will follow USA Archery dress code. 

·         We will shoot two rounds of 30 arrows per day. This is a two-day tournament. We will be following USA Archery’s ruling on timing for the tournament.

·         We will be using electronic scoring on the archer's cell phone. Archers will be assigned a target, and will be grouped with others for group scoring. Only one archer per group of four will be using the scoring app. Paper scoring will also be used. Archers should be familiar with tournament scoring. No sky-drawing. Non-archers (including coaches and parents) are not allowed down-range without specific permission from the Tournament Director.

OVERVIEW

O.C.S.C’s Archery Club has something for everyone, and for everyone of all ages. Our club boasts one of the largest un-obstructed indoor archery range houses in Michigan, as well as extensive outdoor ranges for 3D, Field and Hunter, FITA Targets, and Broadhead Leagues. We are located in Clarkston, Michigan.

Archers will register and select the same line time each day to shoot. Archers will shoot a total of 60 scoring arrows per day (three-arrow ends using USA Archery-defined faces by category-see category above for details). The event is registered as a Sanctioned/Star FITA event with USA Archery, so participants are required to be USA Archery members or have a USA Archery membership type as defined on their website here: https://www.usarchery.org/memberships/become-a-member. 

Friday Dec. 5, 2025, from 5-8 pm will be a free practice time for this event.
There will be concessions available during this 2025 tournament.
