2026 USA Archery Ohio State Indoor and JOAD Championship

What: USA Archery Ohio State Indoor Championships 

EVENT FORMAT:

In 2025 at the state meeting it was voted to make the Indoor state tournament a ONE DAY EVENT

20 ends of 3 arrows.

JOAD Divisions will receive JOAD Awards only

Adult Divisions will receive State awards.

Age Categories: 

**For Clarification, Birthdays all occur on JANUARY 1, the very beginning of the year.**

EXAMPLE:

If a competitor turns 15 on 12/31/2025...According to the parameters of international age classifications that child is 15 as of 1/1/2025, so they would need to shoot as U18, not U15.  Same applies to all age groups.  If you have questions call tournament organizer!

Indoor Age, Bow classifications and Distances:

U9 (yeoman):  Barebow, Compound, Fixed Pins, Recurve shoot 9 meters on a 60 cm single spot face

U13: Barebow, Recurve shoot 18 meters on a 60 cm face. 

U13 Compound, Fixed Pins shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face 

U15 Barebow, Recurve shoot 18 meters on a 60 cm face. 

U15 Compound, Fixed Pins shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face 

U18: Barebow, Compound and Fixed Pin shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face

U21: Barebow, Compound and Fixed Pin shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face

Senior: Barebow, Compound and Fixed Pin shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face 

Master 50+, 60+, 70+: Barebow, Compound and Fixed Pin shoot 18 meters on a 40 cm face

40 cm face will either be 40 cm single spot or 40 cm triangle three spot, archer's choice.
