· Deadline to cancel with refund: September 25, 2025.
Refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Coach credentials will not be sold for this event. ASA rules do not allow personal coaching while shooting is taking place. Coaches may assist archers when not at the shooting stake. However, once the athletes advance to the stake, coaches must refrain from communicating with athletes. All coaches and assistant coaches must have a current USA Archery membership (or Non-Athlete Pledge on file), background screen, and Center for SafeSport Training.
