Friday September 5th 4:00-6:00pm- Avoid the equipment inspection line Saturday morning by getting equipment inspected and some extra practice on Friday.

        7:00 Parking Lot Opens for Session 1, check in and equipment inspection

        8:30  Session 1: Senior Men and Women, Master Men and Women, U21 Men and Women, U18 Men and Women Recurve

                Distance one 36 arrows, Distance two 36 arrows on 122cm target face. 6 arrow ends

        12:30 Parking Lot Opens for Session 2, check in and equipment inspection

        1:30 Session 2:   U15 Men and Women, U13 Men and Women, U10 Men and Women

                Distance one 36 arrows, Distance two 36 arrows on 122cm target face. 6 arrow ends

Sunday September 15th

        7:30 Parking Lot Opens for Session 1 

        8:30  Session 1: Senior Men and Women, Master Men and Women, U21 Men and Women, U18 Men and Women Recurve

                Distance three    36 arrows, Distance four 36 arrows on 80cm target face.   3 arrow ends

        12:30 Parking Lot Opens for Session 2 

        1:30 Session 2: U18 Men and Women, U13 Men and Women, U18 Men and Women

                Distance three 36 arrows, Distance four 36 arrows on 80cm target face.    3 arrow ends

Schedule may be modified to benefit the archers and meet the needs of running an efficient event, or other necessary unforeseen circumstances.. Please be sure to check your email for final information.

Fee: Early-Bird Registration by August 19th, 2025      $80.00

Registration August 20th through Registration Closing Sept 1st, 2025     $100.00

Onsite and Late Registration if space is available         $125.00

REFUNDS:  Minus 30% if notified by August 31st, 2025.  Sport 80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable.  No refunds after August 31st, 2025.

 Also if anyone is interested in becoming a judge/official, Shadowing a judge at this event is an option to get started.

Eligibility: All competitors must have a current USA Archery Full Membership or a temporary membership for a single one event tournament.  All others may obtain a one event membership from the USA Archery website.
