Practice Bags and Equipment Check will open at 7:00 am
8:15 am Coaches Meeting
8:30 Equipment Check-in Closes, Safety Meeting
9:00 First 20 Target scoring Round
12:00 pm Lunch
2:00 Second 20 Target Scoring Round
5:00 Awards
· Lunch Plan:
o There is a list of lunch options and hotels in our event files. There will be an additional 30 minutes compared to previous events for lunch. 2 Hour lunch break, from the time the last scorecard is submitted from Round 1.
o There MAY or MAY NOT be food trucks available at the venue. Teams are permitted to bring their own lunches, or leave the venue for lunch.
This year we will have an additional range to separate Recurve and Barebow divisions.
Union Commonwealth University will provide water coolers on each range.
