2025 USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals - West Region

*NEW SCHEDULE* for 2025 USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals - West Region

To accommodate the number of archers who want to compete in the 2025 USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals- West Region competition we have opened a second session.  We will be posting the start times for each event a minimum of one hour prior to the start time. 

Tentative Schedule

Friday, April 11, 2025

          2pm-6pm     Registration/Check In, Open Practice - Highly recommend getting checked in & equipment inspected at this time. All archers who do not attend Friday equipment check will be required to check-in Saturday at 7:00am.

Saturday, April 12, 2025

        7am-8am     Registration/Check In for ALL Athletes with the exception of those checked in on Friday.

         7:40          Coach & Team Manager Meeting @ DOS Stand

8am         Qualification Round Line 1- Official Practice & Scoring

         TBD           Qualification Round Line 2- Official Practice & Scoring

         TBD            Mixed Team - Practice & Scoring  *In case of delays, we will complete any unfinished matches from the Mixed Team event Sunday, April 13^th in the afternoon.

*Schedule: The schedule is subject to change due to weather delays, unforeseen conditions, final registration, or other. The tournament host will be working to keep the event on schedule but if the tournament is  stopped before completion, then the current archer standings at that time may be considered final. Please make sure to plan all travel arrangements accordingly.

Registration Fee: $100/athlete thru April 2, 2025.  Registration after April 2nd will be if space available and with approval of Tournament Director.

Registration required through USA Archery Event Registration Platform.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests received on or before April 1, 2025 are subject to a 15% fee.   Cancellation requests received on or after April 2, 2025 are non-refundable.  Please send all cancellations to: [email protected]

Enter campus from Atherton or Palo Verde to find parking structures.  Parking on campus is payable at the booths located in each parking lot. Be sure to know which lot you parked in for the payment booth.  Follow signs to Student Recreation Wellness Center and look for signs.
