Saturday: 9/20/2025
    7:30 am Parking lot opens and field Access
    8:15 am Equipment Inspection
    9:00 am:  Official Practice (2 Ends) Followed by the National Anthem and official scoring
    1-hour lunch break between distances
    Collection of scorecards and scoring tablets after the second distance.

Sunday: 9/21/2025
    7:30 am Parking lot open and field Access
    8:30 am  Official Practice (2 Ends) Followed by the National Anthem and official scoring
    1-hour lunch break between distances
    After scoring the last distance, the Collection of Scorecards and Scoring Tablets, an Awards Ceremony shall be held. (Must be present to accept an award or specify someone        
    to pick up the awards. No mailing of awards.

Disciplines: Recurve, Compound and Barebow, Para Compound, Para Recurve, Pare W1, Para V.I.

U18 (Cadet Women), 50+(Master) Women 40m/30m on an 80cm or 6 ring face( 12 ends of 3 arrows each,

$85.00 Registration thru 8/9/2025  22:00 MT (Mountain Time)
$125.00 Late Registration closes 8/24/2025 at 22:00 MT (Mountain Time) or earlier if the field is sold out. 

REFUNDS: by August 9, 2025 There is a 30% administrative fee assessed for all refunds. Sport 80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable. No refunds after August 9th at 22:00 MT

Rules: USA Archery Dress Code and all World Archery FITA rules will apply.

SPECTATORS/COACHES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ARCHERS AREA AT ANY TIME. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED USA ARCHERY MAAPP POLICY. PLEASE REMAIN SEATED OR STAND BEHIND THE SPECTATORS’ CHAIRS SO EVERYONE MAY ENJOY WATCHING. YOU MAY NOT ASSIST YOUR ARCHERS WITH HANGING THEIR TARGETS.

Free Grass Parking Lot, Handicap plates will park on Black Top

Health Protocols:
The event shall follow all California Health guidelines and Sacramento County Health guidelines. The archers/spectators shall choose to wear masks. The host WILL NOT provide masks.

Target Assignments:
Target assignments will be posted Adjacent to the parking lot and sent to archers five days before the event. Please check your age category and discipline for accuracy. 

Upon Arrival:
There is no check-in or registration. Please place your chair in the archers' area near your assigned target and prepare yourself and/or your bow for equipment inspection. Announcements will be made when it is time for the Equipment check

In preparation for the upcoming 2025 Pacific Coast Championship Tournament, this email is a formal reminder that all registered

competitors and event personnel at a USA Archery-sanctioned event must adhere to the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies(MAAPP) for the duration of the event.
