Event Format & Awards:

Divisions: Adult & JOAD (70+, 60+, 50+, Senior, U21, U18, U15, U13)

Field Archery Target Faces (Yellow/Black) – 20cm - 40cm - 60cm - 80cm

Distances based on Age & Bow Style marked on the course as Yellow, Blue, or Red Stakes

Three Arrows per Target scoring 0-6 points per arrow

Day 1 - 24 Unmarked Targets (Unknown Distance Between 5-55 Meters)

Day 2 - 24 Marked Targets (Known distance Between 5-60 Meters)

Saturday 6/10 - Shotgun Start at 11am – Archer Meeting 10:30 

 Practice Range open 9:00 - 10:15

Sunday 6/11 -  Shotgun Start at 9am – Archer Meeting 8:30 

Practice Range open 7:00 – 8:15

Break After 12 Targets each day - Lunch available onsite

Participants must be a member of USA Archery. (Recreational Membership is not a valid type for event participation.)

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

(All Participants must sign; Parents/Guardians of Minors must sign for youth)

IN CONSIDERATION of my involvement at the Ohio Field Championship, I acknowledge and agree that:

1.            I risk bodily injury, including paralysis, dismemberment, disability and death, and while particular rules of my sport, equipment, personal training and discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist, as well as the risk of damage to or loss of property.

2.            I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from negligence of the releasees or others.

3.            I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual or unnecessary hazard during my presence or participation, I will bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and

4.            I, for myself and on the behalf of my heirs, assigned, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless USAA, Adams Conservation Club; and their officers and board members, volunteers, officials, agents, sponsors and/or employees, with respect to any and all injury and loss arising from my participation, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, except that which is the result of gross negligence or wanton misconduct, to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

5.            I grant to USAA, Adams Conservation Club and Ohio Target Archers, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and/or videos of me and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize USAA, Adams Conservation Club and Ohio Target Archers, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that USAA, Adams Conservation Club and Ohio Target Archers may use such photographs and/or videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
