Check-in starts 1 hour before official shooting start time

Round Type: 450 (15 ends of 3 arrows each)
Target Size: 40 cm (all age categories and bow divisions)
Distance: 18 Meters 
Rotations: 4 archers per target bale A/B/C/D (A Line and B Line rotations).  Upper & lower targets; target position switches starting on end #9

Friday, December 2, 2022 @ 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

• Anyone who registers for this timeline will be ranked with their age category and will need to be present at the time of awards on the official date/time for their age category to receive their award if they podium. 
• Currently available for:
  • Seniors (Saturday shooting line filled as of 11/22/2022)
  • Masters (Saturday shooting line filled as of 11/22/2022)

In 2022 in honor of our 5th year of business at our current location our annual tournament will be held on Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4.

• “Opportunity Drawing” for AWESOME prizes! (prizes donated by Archery Stores and local/chain dining vendors).  Tickets to enter drawing available during archer registration, via direct contact to Coach Lani or at the tournament on the archer’s shooting date.
• Special event “thank you” items will be available for additional donations to further support this cause.  As of 2021, we have begun to offer incentive “Thank You Gifts” to those who wish to donate a little extra but are not interested in entering the Opportunity Drawing for prizes donated by our sponsors.
• Proceeds from tickets, registrations and event items go to benefit the American Cancer Society!

  • Seniors (21 - 49 years) & Masters (50 and older) --> Saturday, December 3, 2022 @ 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM
    
  • U13 Bowmen (8 - 12 years) --> Sunday, December 4, 2022 @ 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
    
  • U15 Cubs (13 - 14 years) --> Sunday, December 4, 2022 @ 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
    
  • U18 Cadets (15 - 17 years) & U21 Juniors (18 - 20 years) --> Sunday, December 4, 2022 @ 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
    

*  Registrants must bring their own bow to use during the tournament.  No equipment rentals.

Coaches and parents are welcome to watch their archers from the upstairs “Spectator Area” during the tournament, but please note that there is limited seating availability, so it is first come first serve. 

Spectators may not loiter or watch from the hallway or the main range area which is strictly dedicated only to actively participating archers or approved range volunteers and judges.  This area must remain clear at all times, except for those actively utilizing the restroom on site.

Initial "Registration Donation" request of $45 will be sent via Square after final registration is received and processed by Coach Lani at South Bay Archery Lessons for this event, along with any addition donation options the registrant may have selected during registration.

Opportunity Drawing will be on Sunday, December 4, 2022 starting at around 5:45 PM after the last awards are given.
