Times:                          Saturday          9:00 AM, 1:30 PM Lines

 

Round:                          FITA I – 60 arrows at 18 meters; 40 cm (choice of single-spot or triangle triple-spot face. Compound Inner 10 scoring; except

·         Recurve Bow: Cubs, Bowmen, and college novice - 60 cm target face

·         Bowhunter (Sight and stabilizer limitations): 40cm – Outer 10 scoring

 

Registration:               All Divisions $25.00;

-          $20 from registration is donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation

                                   

Awards:                       In order to donate as much as possible for Breast Cancer Research - NO AWARDS will be given for this event.

Pre-registration is MANDITORY.  Due to COVID restrictions NO WALK-INS will be allowed. 

 

COVID RESTRICTIONS:   We will be taking several COVID precautions and limitations on site during the event.  We understand some of these represent significant changes to the events previously hosted at the college.  Please understand they represent necessary precautions, negotiated with the college to allow the events to take place at all.  These include:

·         Participation will be limited to 2 archers per target.  This limits the overall capacity to 28 shooters per line. 

·         All archers will be permitted ONLY 1 spectator.  Due to total number of people allowed within the gym, we have to strictly limit the spectators for the event.  You may rotate spectators during the event.  However, a max of 1 per archer is permitted in the venue at any one time. 

·         All spectators and archers MUST be masked at ALL times while inside the venue.  The only exceptions will be the archers physically standing on the line during shooting.  Please understand this is a requirement of the college.  Any individual who can not meet this requirement, due to medical or other reasons, is asked to not attend this event.  We will be strictly enforcing this requirement during the event. 

·         There will NO snack bar at this event.  Additionally, the college has locked out all water fountains at the venue.  It is recommended that all archers and spectators bring their own water and other needs to the venue. 

·         Participants for the 1:30pm line will not be permitted to enter the gym prior to 12:45pm. This will allow time for the morning line to pack up and leave the facility, before adding the shooters for the afternoon line.
