North Star Open/Voyageur Cup 

Unofficial practice on Friday, August 6th starting at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

North Star Open:

Recurve Division - Single 70 Meter round, 72 arrows on Saturday a.m. (North Star Open) with Voyageur Cup on Sunday morning. The 70m Round (for Recurve) consists of 72 arrows shot at 70m on the 122cm target face. A 60m Round (for Recurve) for Cadets and Masters consists of 72 arrows shot at 60m on the 122cm target face.  Voyageur Cup/Elimination Rounds are Sunday morning.  

Basic Compound - Single 25 Meter round, 72 arrows on Saturday a.m. (North Star Open) with Voyageur Cup on Sunday morning.   Must have 3 in your division to participate in Voyageur Cup.  The 25m Round (for Basic Compound Male/Female Combined 14 & under) consists of 72 arrows shot at 25m on the 122cm target face.  Voyageur Cup/Elimination Rounds are Sunday morning.  

Barebow Division - Single 50 Meter round, 72 arrows on Saturday a.m. with Voyageur Cup on Sunday morning. A Barebow 50m Round consists of 72 arrows shot at 50m on the 122cm target face.  Voyageur Cup/Elimination Rounds are Sunday morning.  

Compound Division - Single 50 Meter round, 72 arrows on Saturday p.m. with Voyageur Cup Sunday morning. A 50m Round for Compound consists of 72 arrows on the 80cm target face. Voyageur Cup/Elimination Rounds are Sunday morning.  

Voyageur Cup:  

The Recurve Elimination Round & Barebow Elimination Round, in which athletes are seeded according to their positions in the Qualification Round. They shoot a series of matches in groups, each match consisting of the best of five sets of three arrows.

The Compound Elimination Round, in which athletes are seeded according to their positions in the Qualification Round. They shoot a series of matches in groups, each match consisting of five ends with cumulative scoring.

Single Rounds, 72 arrows on Saturday a.m. (Recurve, Barebow & Basic Compound) Voyageur Cup is Sunday morning.  Distances and target faces listed below:

Bowman Outdoor:  Recurve and Barebow - 30 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 - No

                                  Compound - 25 Meters - 80 cm 6 Ring - Inner 10?  No

Cub Outdoor:  Recurve - 50 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 - No

                         Barebow - 30 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 No

                         Compound - 30 Meters - 80 cm 6 Ring - Inner 10 - No

Explorer Outdoor (Male/Female Combined, 14 & Under):  

Recurve - 25 Meters - 122 cm Target - Inner 10 - No

Basic Compound - 25 meters 122 cm target face - Inner 10 - No

Cadet:  Recurve - 60 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 - No

              Barebow - 50 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 - No

              Compound - 50 Meters - 80 cm 6-Ring target face - Inner 10 No

Junior:  Recurve - 70 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 No

               Barebow - 50 Meters - 122 cm target face - Inner 10 No

               Compound - 50 Meters - 80 cm 6-Ring target face - Inner 10 No
