Level 1 Practical Course YMCA

This Level 1 Practical Course will prepare instructors to teach archery programs with a solid base of safety.   Participants will learn range set-up, safety requirements, steps of shooting, equipment, basic repair and more.   This course is ideal for new camp archery instructors.  

Online course must be completed prior to registering for the practical portion.  Online course is available on USA Archery for a separate fee of $40.00.   

Practical Course Registration closes the day before the practical so please don’t wait until the last minute to complete the online portion and register for practical!   

The course will begin at 8:30 and run until approximately 1:30.

Certification is good for 3 years.  

Bring your own lunch and water bottle.    

Practical Course Fee is $125.00.  This fee is due before the class.
