Registration Opens for Easton JOAD Nationals and World Outdoor Archery Festival

Registration is now open for the 2011 Easton JOAD Nationals as well as the 2011 World Outdoor Archery Festival. 

The 2011 Easton JOAD National Championships are scheduled for July 7-10 in Sacramento, Calif., with the 2011 World Archery Youth Championships Team Trials immediately following on July 11th. The Easton JOAD Nationals are held annually to determine the national champions in four age divisions for boys and girls in recurve and compound classes: Juniors (through the calendar year of the 20th birthday); Cadets (through the calendar year of the 17th birthday); Cubs (through the calendar year of the 14th birthday); and Bowmen (through the calendar year of the 12th birthday). 

The Easton JOAD National Championships will feature the best archers from across the country who will shoot for individual and team titles in both recurve and compound, and will offer all archers the opportunity to gain valuable competitive experience, participate in exciting team rounds, and form friendships that can last a lifetime.

The World Outdoor Archery Festival is 2011?s premier outdoor archery event, and will be comprised of three international tournaments held at the Easton Archery Center in Yankton, South Dakota, over the course of six days: the NFAA National Field Championships which will take place July 25-27, the USA Archery National Target Championships occurring July 27-29, and the Hoyt World Open on July 30. The USA Archery National Field Championships will also be held in Yankton, South Dakota, the weekend prior to the World Outdoor Archery Festival on July 22-24.

This event promises huge prize potential, including a NEW CAR SHOOT-OFF, and total potential prize money of over $54,000. The world's top competitors, including Olympic and World Championship team archers, as well as archers from across the globe, are expected to compete at this international event.
