Board of Directors Election: Learn How To Vote Online

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado -  We are fast approaching the election for several Board of Directors seats. Positions for Judge Director, At Large Director, and Grassroots (JOAD Club) Director are up for election this year.

Meet the Candidates: (Click each name to learn more)*

*10/7: Due to an error in the original candidate listing, we are reissuing new ballots.

Eligible voters are only allowed to register for one voting category. If you are not registered for one of these categories, this means your category is not up for vote until 2017. You will not receive a ballot this year, but will in two years from now.

To be an eligible voter in the At Large or Judge Categories you must be a U.S. Citizen, at least 18 years of age, and have selected the voting category of either At Large or Judge Director. To be eligible to vote for the Grassroots Director you must be registered as the contact for a JOAD club and at least 18 years of age.  Only members meeting these requirements with "current" membership status as of September 4th will be sent a ballot.

Individuals and organizations belonging to Youth, Recreational, Temporary and Contributing Organization membership categories do not have any voting privileges.

Eligible voters should expect to receive a ballot this week or next week (depending on whether you are receiving an electronic or paper ballot); those who have an e-mail address entered in the membership system will receive their USA Archery ballot from the e-mail address of [email protected].  Those eligible voters who have not entered an e-mail address in the membership system will receive a mailed ballot. While it is too late to enter your email to receive an electronic ballot, you can still check to see if you have an email on file, or update your address for future communications in our online member area.

If you do not receive a ballot and believe that you should, please check your junk mail before sending an inquiry. All technical questions related to obtaining a ballot, online issues with voting, etc. can be directed to [email protected]. For questions related to the election, contact Cindy Clark at [email protected].
