Level 3 Course-Perrego

When: Friday, November 15th from 6-9pm

Saturday, November 16th from 9-8pm

Sunday, November 17th from 9-5pm

Instructors:

➢ Mike Perrego Level 4 NTS USA Archery Coach

➢ Teresa Perrego Level 4 NTS USA Archery Coach What: The Level 3 course moves away from group instruction and into individual athlete development. Level 3 Coaches are certified to teach Level 1 and are eligible to apply for a Level 2 Instructor Trainer certification to teach Level 2 courses. Current Level 3 coaches with a background screen qualify for insurance benefits. ➢ Course Content: Introduce coaching philosophy, training cycles/plans, competition preparation, mental skills, equipment tuning, National Training System (NTS) ➢ Length of Course: 20-24 hours ➢ Prerequisites: Minimum age: 19; Must have been a Level 2 Instructor for one year or pass an exam to ‘test out' & verify 3 years’ experience in an archery instructor capacity. ➢ Please note: No certification will be processed without USA Archery or NFAA membership, completion of Safe Sport and a successful background screening

Certification Requirements:

• Membership to USA Archery*, the National Field Archery Association (NFAA) or American Shooter Association (ASA)

• USA Archery Background Screening

• SafeSport Training

• Must successfully complete the Mental Management 101 Course (Effective January 1, 2016)

Course Fee: $335.00 fee will include Level 3 course and all course materials
