Jason is the founder and head coach of Southern Draw JOAD, the first JOAD Team in Mississippi. He coaches JOAD, 4-H (volunteer), and S3DA. In addition to coaching, he is an S3DA regional coordinator and has his judge certification from USA archery. Jason has a unique ability to connect with the archer to find what works for the individual. His coaching journey has taken him to USAT, National, and International events with several archers.
