Epperson is the Head Coach of the Top of Texas Archery JOAD Club that he started four years ago. Along with coaching, he has a wide knowledge of bow repair, tuning, and maintenance of most brands of bows. He has helped archers compete at local, state, regional and national events.

Hojnacki has a lifetime of archery experience including success in the Collegiate Archery Program, Resident Athlete Program, state champion titles and national podium finishes and 16 years as the president of the Texas State Archery Association. Dale Churchett

Churchett trains and coaches at Central Texas Archery. He picked up shooting recurve in 2013 and began barebow and traditional archery in 2017. Churchett competes in target, field and 3D archery. As a coach, he works to develop a consistent mental process and build effective training plans.

Laval Dee Falks, head coach

Pelton began archery at age 14, competed in 4-H, and as a collegiate student-athlete at Emmanuel College and Georgia Southern University where she represented the U.S. on the world stage. Pelton is a USA Archery Level 4-NTS Coach, National Judge, and is the head coach of the Viper Archery Club and Southern Eagles.

Thadrick Heaney

Jason is the founder and head coach of Southern Draw JOAD,  the first JOAD Team in Mississippi.  He coaches JOAD, 4-H (volunteer), and S3DA.  In addition to coaching, he is an S3DA regional coordinator and has his judge certification from USA archery.  Jason has a unique ability to connect with the archer to find what works for the individual. His coaching journey has taken him to USAT, National, and International events with several archers.
