Lancaster Archery Winter Warm Up

  Striving for that gold medal, top three finish, or personal best is what tournament play is all about, and we cannot wait to see you at the range with us. The Lancaster Archery Academy is holding our thirteenth Annual Winter Warm Up Star FITA tournament on November 14-15. You can register online by following the prompts to the left, or, if you are on a mobile device, by clicking the red 'Reserve' button. All archers will be required to have a current USA Archery Membership. WA/USA Archery Rules and Dress Code will be in effect.

   

  The tournament will be held on the Academy main range, which is located below the Lancaster Archery Supply Pro Shop, 2195-A Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. 

 Qualification Shooting Times:

• Saturday, November 14, 9:00AM
• Saturday, November 14, 12:30PM
• Saturday, November 14, 4:00PM
• Sunday, November 15, 9:00AM
• Sunday, November 15, 12:30PM 
  • *Scores will be finalized and awards will be handed out after the Sunday 12:30pm line

Registration Fees: 

• $40.00 per archer
• Late fee of an additional $10.00 begins Wednesday, November 4, 2026
• Registration closes Wednesday, November 11, 2026

Divisions/Distances:

• Masters, Senior, Collegiate, Junior, Cadet, Cub, and Bowman - 18m, 40cm target with the choice between a triangular 3-spot or single spot face
• Yeoman - 9m, 40cm target
• Note: Recurve, barebow, and fixed pin archers will use outer ten scoring. Compound archers will use inner ten scoring

Important Details

• Availability is first come, first serve. Pre-registration is needed. No walk-ins the day of event
• Registration deadline is November 11, 2026
• Equipment inspection begins 30-45 minutes prior to your selected shooting time: **Please note WA/USA Archery Equipment Rules: 23/64" or 9.3mm max arrow diameter, no camo, etc.
• Electronic registration, scoring, and results for family and friends
• All archers will have the choice of a 40cm single-spot or triangle 3-spot
• Tournament is a FITA I Indoor 600 round at 18m (60 arrows) Registered as a STAR FITA with USAA for World/USA Record Qualification
• Unofficial practice will be available in the LAS Shooting Center, space permitting 
• Qualification Awards to follow at conclusion of 12:30PM line on Sunday morning
• Concessions will be available onsite for purchase, all proceeds directly support the Lancaster JOAD Team
