Open Practice Friday October 23, 2026 4:00-6:00 pm- Avoid the equipment inspection line Saturday morning by getting equipment inspected and some extra practice on Friday.

         12:30 Session 2, check in and equipment inspection begins

           1:30 Session 2:   U15 Men and Women, U13 Men and Women, U10 Men and Women

        7:00 Park Gate Opens

                Distance three    36 arrows, Distance four 36 arrows on 80cm target face.   3 arrow ends

        12:30 Parking Lot Opens for Session 2 

        1:30 Session 2: U15 Men and Women, U13 Men and Women, U10 Men and Women

                Distance three 36 arrows, Distance four 36 arrows on 80cm target face.    3 arrow ends

Schedule may be modified to benefit the archers and meet the needs of running an efficient event, or other necessary unforeseen circumstances.. Please be sure to check your email in case there is any additional information.

Fee: Early-Bird Registration by September 18th, 2026      $90.00

Registration September 19th through Registration Closing October 18, 2026     $100.00

Onsite and Walk On Registration if space is available         $125.00

REFUNDS:  Minus 30% if notified by September 30, 2026.  Sport 80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable.  No refunds after September 30th, 2026.

If anyone is available or interested in helping with setup and tear down, please contact [email protected] Set up will start on Friday October 23 and tear down Sunday afternoon after last session.

 Also if anyone is interested in becoming a judge/official, Shadowing a judge at this event is an option to get started.

Eligibility: All competitors must have a current USA Archery Full Membership or a temporary membership for a single one event tournament.  All others may obtain a one event membership from the USA Archery website.
