Before entering the event, please reference the following documents
to help determining age division entries and equipment types.
Dates: November 7th, and 8th 2026
Indoor Schedule for:
U18,U21, Senior, Master 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+ only:
Saturday AM Shooting Session for U18, U21, Senior Master 50+,60+,
70+, 80+ only Saturday: Building opens at 7:00am
Equipment Inspection 7:30am on Saturday for the AM line only.
8:15am Opening remarks, National Anthem followed by Official Practice (two ends) and then Official Scoring.
All archers will shoot 2 rounds of 30 arrows ( 3 arrows per end) each day.
40cm Single Spot or Three (3) Spot Targets (No Verticals) for State Ranking**
Sunday AM Shooting Session for U18, U21, Senior, Master 50+,60+

Registration:
Registration Fee: All registration online only on USA Archery Sport80 Platform.
$90 on or before Oct 7, 2026, at 11:59pm PT (Pacific time)
$150 between Oct 7 – Nov 2, 2026, at 11:59pm PT (Pacific time)
Please Review your athlete Registration Confirmation to confirm correct age and discipline.
Entry Deadline: Oct 7, 2026 at 11:59pm PT (Pacific Time) or earlier if sold out!
Cancellations accepted by email only to: Cancellations received by October 7, 2026 at 11:59pm PT (Pacific Time)shall be refunded less a 30% service fee.
Request must include a copy of athlete registration confirmation and include, Date of Birth and USA Archery membership number.
Concessions on-site? Yes –Light Snack Bar onsite, NO $50's or $100's accepted
Target Assignments: Targets assignments shall be posted on the wall outside the front door of the facility. Target assignments shall be visible online at www.betweenends.com within five days of the event.
Any corrections to age class or discipline SHALL be made as soon as you are aware and prior to the first arrow being shot. Information may only be changed by the tournament host.
Practice area available? NO
Upon Arrival: Upon arrival, Athletes shall proceed to the field of play area and find a chair and prepare your equipment for inspection.
Athletes shall be wrist banded during the equipment check procedure.
Awards: Award ceremony at the conclusion of shooting on Sunday for U18, U21, Senior, Master 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+ AM Line and on Sunday for U13, U15 PM Line
1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all divisions and categories.
No mailing of awards, No Guest Awards.

Health Protocols: The event shall follow all California Health guidelines and San Diego County Health guidelines.
Mask wearing shall be at the preference of the archers/spectators. Host will not provide masks.
Facility Temperature: The facility temperature may fluctuate so please bring a jacket or lap blanket just in case!
NO PORTABLE HEATERS OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED.
NO ACCESS TO FACILITY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AT ANYTIME.

Venue Rules: There are a limited number of chairs for spectators, and chairs are provided for registered archers.
