Winter Wrap-up

Please note the following:

Dress warm , it could be cold on range.

Food will be available for purchase.  Please bring chairs. Spectator spots are first come first serve.

No smoking allowed inside of building.

There will be a designated spectators and coaches line that will be enforced.  No coaches or spectators will be allowed to cross once scoring has started.

Lane assignments and targets will be assigned based on class and division.  No requests for lanes or positions will be allowed. Once lane assignments have been made, no changes will be allowed.  Target position can only be changed if all shooters on bale agree.

This is a fun indoor USA Archery tournament to get ready for the indoor season!

No pets!  Service animals meeting ADA guidelines are welcome.  

Check in at 10am  2 Practice ends at 10:45 Scoring begins as soon as practice ends are done

Scorecards must be turned in to score table within 20 minutes of finishing round.  Once scorecards have been turned they cannot be returned until all scores are tabulated. 
Please do not ask for copies or scores until all cards are completed. Only one bale at a time at score check in table. 

ALL SCORES HAVE TO BE TABULATED AND AGREED UPON BEFORE COMING TO TABLE.
