72 arrow qualifying round Saturday

Single Elimination Sunday

JOAD youth have their own Jr. Beach Cup competition!  This event is 72 arrow qualification on Saturday and OR/Match rounds on Sunday just in time to get that much needed practice for JOAD Nationals.  This is a WA sanctioned event and eligible for RED Team MQS scores.

Friday, June 30th              4:00 – 6:00pm                 Unofficial Practice and early opportunity for Check-in & Equipment Inspection.  

                                             Avoid the long equipment check line Saturday by checking in on Friday.  Dress code is in effect at this time.

                                                                                 Divisions may start at different times based on their size. 
                                                                                   Gold and Bronze medals matches held simultaneously.
 *Awards presentation for each division held right after their medal matches finish.  Must be present to receive award or designate someone to receive award for you.*

  Our goal is to run the tournament timing as close as possible to this schedule, however, weather delays, appeals, and/or other situations may arise beyond our control. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the tournament format, as necessary. 

Recurve Olympic Round   - 

            Bowman Recurve  30m 122cm target face  

            Cub Recurve  50m 122cm target face

            Cadet Recurve  60m 122cm target face

            Junior Recurve  70m 122cm target face

Barebow Olympic Round   - 

            Yeoman Barebow  20m 122cm target face  *In order to assist in enough archers for brackets, Yeoman boys and girls will be combined into one division as Yeoman.

            Bowman/Cub Barebow  30m 122cm target face  *In order to have enough archers for brackets, Bowman and Cub barebow will compete in one division as Cub.

           Cadet/Junior Barebow  50m 122cm target face  *In order to have enough archers for brackets, Cadet and Junior barebow will compete in one division as Junior.

Compound Match Play  - 

            Bowman/Cub Compound 30m 5 ring target face   *In order to have enough archers for brackets, Bowman and Cub compound will compete in one division as Cub.

            Cadet Compound  50m 5 ring target face  * Depending on registration numbers Cadets and Juniors may be combined for brackets.

            Junior Compound  50m 5 ring target face

Personal coaches are restricted to the spectator area during scoring.

Fee:      $75.00 Early-Bird Registration until May 27th, 2023

             $95.00 Registration May 27th through Registration closes June 17th, 2023

REFUNDS: If notified by June 17th, 2023.  There is a 30% administrative fee assessed for all refunds.  Sport 80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable.  No refunds after June 17th, 2023.

Eligibility: All competitors must have a current USA Archery Full Membership or a temporary membership for a single one event tournament. NFAA members must obtain a temporary membership for no cost from the USArchery website.
