2022 Fall Indoor World Archery Star Tournament

ADDITIONAL SHOOTING LINE ADDED: Due to the overwhelming response another shooting line has been added for Saturday, Nov. 12th, at 5 PM.  If this line fills we will return to the waiting list process opened on Oct. 4th (see note below).

The Cub Run Archers of Arlington-Fairfax IWLA is hosting a World Archery STAR Event on Saturday, 11/12/22 at 9:00 a.m., or 1:00 p.m., and Sunday. 11/13/22 at 9:00 a.m., or 1:00 p.m.  There will be a maximum of 22 archers per line.

The World Archery Indoor 600 Round consists of 20 ends of 3 arrows within a two-minute time period per end.  All divisions will shoot at a 40cm 10-ring, or a 3-spot vertical, multicolor face at 18 meters.  Inner 10-ring will be in effect for all compound divisions.  The outer 10-ring will be in effect for all Recurve and Barebow divisions.  There will be three ends of practice before scoring for each line.

The divisions are Recurve, Compound, and Barebow.

The Classes are:

• U13 (Previously Bowman) through the calendar year of the 12th birthday
• U15 (Previously Cub) through the calendar year of the 14th birthday
• U18 (Previously Cadet) through the calendar year of the 17th birthday
• U21 (Previously Junior) through the calendar year of the 20th birthday
• Senior (any age)
• 50+ (Previously Masters 50) 50 years of age through 59 years of age
• 60+ (Previously Masters 60) 60 years of age through 69 years of age
• 70+ (Previously Masters 70) 70 years of age and older

The registration fee is $40.

Cancellation policy:  A full refund is available if the e-mail cancellation request is received prior to 11/04/22 at 8:00 am.  A refund check will be mailed to the registered individual once original payment is confirmed.

Awards will be presented on Sunday, 11/13/22, after the 1:00 p.m. line is completed.  If you are not present, awards will be mailed.

World Archery Rules will be strictly observed for competitors in all divisions.  All participants must follow the USA Archery Dress Code.

All competitors must be members of USA Archery.  NFAA Members may obtain a free USA Archery Temporary Membership.
