****TENTATIVE SCHEDULE****

Date September 22-23: All of these times are approximate and may be modified/changed as necessary

o   Practice day and equipment check on 9/22

  Practice Bags will open at 3:00 pm

Equipment Check opens 4:30

Facilities Close at 6:00 pm

o   Competition Day 9/23

6:30 am Equipment Check-in, and Practice Bags Open

8:15 am Coaches Meeting

8:30 Equipment Check-in Closes, Safety Meeting

9:00 First 20 Target scoring Round

12:00 pm Lunch

2:00 Second Scoring Round

5:00 Awards

·         Lunch Plan:

o There is no Pre-order lunch option this year, with the new venue there are lunch options more readily available. There will be an additional 30 minutes compared to previous events. 2 Hour lunch break, from the time the last scorecard is submitted from Round 1. 

o   There MAY be food trucks available at the venue. Teams are permitted to bring their own lunches, or leave the venue for lunch.

·         Rangefinders/Yardage Sheets

o   Yardage sheets will NOT be provided for Compound and Bowhunter Divisions

Range officials will work to ensure at least 1 member of each group has a range finder

 Competitors are required to tell the group or an individual the correct yardage, if requested.

Intentionally giving incorrect distances will result in immediate Disqualification

****COOLER POLICY****

Due to the continuing COVID-19 Pandemic, and the community use nature of coolers on ranges, Union College WILL NOT be providing water/coolers at the event. Coaches/Teams will need to make arrangements and bring their own coolers with fluids for their athletes.

***Spectator Policy***

Fans – home and visiting – are permitted to attend all events on the Union campus. Masks may be required for outdoor events where social distancing cannot be maintained. (Subject to change at any time based on Union College Athletics Fan Policy)
