Lancaster Archery Summer Solstice Star FITA

2021 Registration is open!

Lancaster Archery Academy will be holding our seventh annual Summer Solstice tournament on June 19, 2021. This will be a certified Star FITA with World Archery. We have taken the following measures to ensure the health and safety of competitors and staff during this tournament. These safety measures will be updated as guidelines are changing rapidly:

• Social distancing will be in effect for everyone (per current State and CDC Guidelines)
• Spectators and competitors will be required to wear masks while not actively shooting (per current State and CDC Guidelines)
• Participation will have 4 archers per target bail (for a maximum of 72 archers per line)
• Awards will be mailed to archers that are unable to be picked up at the event.
• Whether you can register for the AM or PM qualification line will depend on your division

All registrations are to be submitted online. All shooters will be required to have a current USA Archery Membership. USA Archery Rules and Dress Code will be in effect. Due to the limited field space, some distances/divisions will fill up quicker than others.  If you are unable to register successfully, please contact an Academy Member to be placed on a waiting list: 717-556-1379 or [email protected]. 

The event will be held at the Lancaster Archery Academy's private Archery Park, located at the Lancaster Archery Supply Pro Shop, 2195-A Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602. The registration deadline is June 14, 2021. 

Important Details

-Availability is first-come, first-serve. No walk-ins the day of event 

AM Qualification Shooting Time (Male Recurve and Barebow, Female Compound and Collegiate Bowhunter)

-Equipment inspection begins at 7:15am 

-Three rounds of official practice will start at 8:00am 

-Scoring will begin upon completion of the three rounds of official practice

PM Qualification Shooting Time (Female Recurve and Barebow, Male Compound and Collegiate Bowhunter)

-Equipment inspection begins at 12:15pm

-Three rounds of official practice will start at 1:00pm

-Scoring will begin upon completion of the three rounds of official practice

-Awards will be mailed to archers that are unable to be picked up at the event.

-There will be no concessions available onsite

Registration Fees:

 $40.00 per archer

Late fee of an additional $10 goes in to affect on June 7

Cadet & Master

Compound: 50 meters 80cm 6-ring target

Recurve: 60 meters 122cm full target

Junior

Compound: 50 meters 80cm 6-ring target

Recurve: 70 meters 122cm full target  

Senior & Collegiate
