Spring into Summer

Index Archers presents the 2021 Spring into Summer event.  This tournament is a sanctioned indoor 600 round shot at 25 meters on 60 cm target faces (single or vertical).  

Athletes who participate may qualify for a World Archery Target Award.  Click here for more info.

Who:  This event is open to archers who have an active USAA membership (long term or temporary).  

COVID-19 guidelines: 

  • A COVID-19 waiver is required.  A link to submit the waiver is included in your confirmation email.  One per household.
  • Temperatures checked at the door.
  • Everyone must sanitize their hands upon arrival.  Unscented sanitizer is provided.
  • Masks that cover your nose and mouth are required for everyone.
  • Index Archers reserves the right to ask anyone to change their face covering to a surgical mask.
  • Archers can remove their masks when they are in their shooting box.
  • Social distancing is always in effect. 

When:  Friday, April 23 through Sunday, April 25 

*Sessions to choose from:

  • Friday at 5 pm (check in at 4)
  • Saturday at 10 am (check in at 9)
  • Saturday at 2 pm (check in at 1)
  • Sunday at 11 am (check in at 10)
  • Sunday at 3 pm (check in at 2) 

*Any session with fewer than five participants will be closed, and archers can choose another session.

 

Where:  Index Archers at Bass Pro Shops in Hooksett, NH 

Fee:  $45 

Format:

  • A 600 round shot at 25 meters INDOORS with 60 cm targets.
  • Three practice ends followed by 20 scoring ends
  • There will be ONE line with ten archers max per line.
  • There is NO alternating line.
  • Each archer is allowed ONE guest only.  If this is an issue, email me at [email protected] 
  • All archers choose a 60 cm single or 60 cm vertical target face.

Practice sessions are available Monday, April 19 through Thursday, April 22 for archers to sight in for the 25 meter distance.  The range fee is $12, and there will be a link in your confirmation email to reserve your range time.  

Draw weight:  Draw weight limit for Compound bows is 60 pounds and will be verified at bow inspection.  USAA Dress Code is expected.

Awards are medals for first place by division/gender/class with certificates for second and third.

Cancelation policy:  Registration closes Wednesday, April 21.  Cancelations received prior to April 17 will receive a reduced refund due to processing fees.  Cancelations on or after April 17 will not be refunded.  Thank you for your understanding.

Food:  Due to the pandemic situation, there will be no food available.
