2nd Colorado Field Archery State Championship

Due to the current Novel Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, access to the U.S. Air Force Academy is currently closed to visitors until further notice. This includes civilians that may want to access the Academy Archery Club facilities and Archery Ranges.

The USAFA installation commander declared a public health emergency on March 23rd and extended the order to August 18th. It was the event organizers’ hope that we would have approval to host the event as scheduled on June 27th, but this will not be possible.

It is also the organizers’ intent to hold the event sometime this year and as such we are in close communication with all involved parties.  We are committed to the safety of the archery community as well as taking care of those who take care of us.

We plan to hold the event as soon as we can safely run the Colorado Field Archery State Championship while responsibility and suitably following all required guidelines.
