Check-in starts at 9:00 am

Practice Ends begin promptly at 9:45 am.

Scoring Ends begin promptly at 11:00 am.

Awards following Scoring Ends (approximate awards ceremony is 3pm)

Admission $1 for all non-registered spectators.  Cash only! ATM on site.

Spectators will receive 1 raffle ticket upon entry.

Parking fee of $5, Cash only

Bandits JOAD will be selling raffle tickets (cash only) during the shoot for chances to win door prizes during each end (20 chances to win).  Door prizes provided by various sponsors, Visit Winston-Salem and Winston-Salem Fairgrounds.

Concessions will be available for purchase.  

Absolutely NO outside food will be allowed, please bring reusable container for water. If you have a dietary restriction please contact [email protected] for information.

All Archers and their families will receive a discount code for Thunderbird Hockey Tickets. The Hockey Game is following the tournament, time to be announced. Please purchase tickets for the Thunderbird game HERE

Cancellations received on or before January 1, 2020 are subject to a 15% fee.

Cancellations received on or after January 2, 2020 are non-refundable.

Deadline for entry:  January 5, 2020 at 6pm.  Late entries may be accepted after the deadline on a space available basis.  Registration after January 5, 2020 must be made via phone. Late entry fee is $65.  Please contact the Event Director for all late entry inquiries at [email protected]

Spectator spots are first come first serve.

No smoking, vaping, or tobacco products allowed outside of personal vehicles and designated smoking areas

There will be a designated spectators and coaches line that will be enforced.  No coaches or spectators will be allowed to cross once scoring has started.

Lane assignments and targets will be assigned based on class and division.  No requests for lanes or positions will be allowed. Once lane assignments have been made, no changes will be allowed.  Target position can only changed if all shooters on bale agree.

No pets!  Service animals meeting ADA guidelines are welcome.  

Scorecards must be turned in to score table within 20 minutes of finishing round.  All archers must sign their scorecards. All archers must turn in scorecards as a group.  Once scorecards have been turned they cannot be returned until all scores are tabulated. Shooter copies will be returned during awards ceremony.  Only scorekeepers are allowed at tables!
