JOAD – Olympic Recurve & Compound
Rounds:
Senior/Junior Men: 90m, 70m, 50m, 30m
Senior/Junior Ladies/Male Cadets/Master Men: 70m, 60m, 50m, 30m
Master Men 50+, 60+, 70+, : 70m, 60m, 50m, 30m
Master Ladies/Cadet Females: 60m, 50m, 40m, 30m
Cubs: 50m 40m, 30m, 20m
Bowman: 30m, 25m, 25m, 20m           

 ARCHERY FIELD IS CLOSED ALL DAY FRIDAY 9/20/2019 FOR FIELD PREPARATION, NO ACCESS AND NO PRACTICE!

Park Entry Fees (Saturday and Sunday) $6 each day!

Schedule:
Saturday 9/21/2019
Equipment Inspection: 8:00am – 9:15am
Official Practice 9:20am – 9:50am
10:00am – 1st Long Distance
45 minute Lunch Break
After lunch – 2nd Long distance


Schedule:Sunday 9/22/2019
Official Practice 8:00am – 8:45am 
9:00am – 1st Short Distance
45 minute Lunch Break
After lunch – 2nd Short distance

(Times may vary due to participant level and other unexpected delays)

Awards:
Follow immediately on Sunday once scorecards are submitted and tallied (45 minutes allowed)1st, 2nd and 3rd places in all NAA recognized divisions.

Rules:
USA Archery Dress Code and World Archery rules will apply. USA Archery Membership Cards must be presented at Equipment Inspection Saturday morning before shooting.  All registered archers are required to participate in Equipment Inspection onsite Saturday morning prior to official scoring.

Eligibility: 
All competitors must have a current USAA membership.A Temporary Membership is for use at a single local or state sanctioned event. NFAA members may obtain a temporary membership at no cost from the USAA website. All others, who require temporary membership may obtain it from USAA website for $15.  www.usarchery.org

  

Coaches:COACHES, regardless of coaching/certification level, WILL NOT BE, allowed in the archers area once practice is over!!

Spectators:
Spectators area will open at 7:15am both days. No admittance before 7:15am. All spectators must remain in the spectators area and in their chairs (no standing and blocking other spectators) If you refuse to follow the rules you will be asked to leave the area for the remainder of the day.

Fees:
Earlybird Registration by 9/1/19  $65 Adult or JOAD

Registrations 9/2/19 - 9/9/19  $95 Adult or JOAD

NO ONSITE REGISTRATION

REFUNDS
Cancellations received via email only by 9/1/19 at 11:59pm will be granted minus 30% administrative fee. No Refunds will be granted after 9/2/19 at 12:01pm

Lunch: 
Lunch available by pre-order only for $7/plate

Choices:Turkey Sub Sandwich Meal, Ham Sub Sandwich Meal, Egg Salad Sub Sandwich Meal, you add the condiments yourself (with chips, fresh fruit salad, bottled water or soda and a brownie/cookie) Pre-ordered lunches are $7.00 each. Variety of snack items available at the snack bar 

Meals may be ordered for archers as well as family and friends.
