Level 1 Instructor Certification Practical Course - Northville

This course is the Practical portion of the Level 1 Instructor's Course.

The USA Archery Level 1 Course teaches range safety, range setup, the steps of shooting, equipment and repair, programs and lesson plans and is well prepared to teach beginner archery programs to people of all ages and abilities in a variety of disciplines.

The Level 1 Instructor Practical course is the second part of a two part blended course: an online course and an in-person practical course. The student must pass the online Level 1 course before the start of this in-person practical course. Students will be certified as Level 1 instructors once all of the following is completed:

• The student passes the Level 1 online course (provided by USA Archery for a fee)
• The student passes this Level 1 practical course

USA Archery will update the student’s certification status after the following are completed

• The student completes the “Range Pass” course with background screen (provided by USA Archery for a fee) if the student does not wish to pursue Level 2 certification.
• The student enrolls as a member of USA Archery if not already a member (provided by USA Archery for an annual fee)
